Singer-Songwriter and producer Zeze Kingston is making major moves and strides in the music scene with his versatile, soothing sounds and his unique and exceptional flair to cross genres mixing with afro-pop, trap, amapiano, afrobeats and afrobashment. The beginning of Kingston’s career in music dates back to over a decade ago with honing his craft as a producer and finding his ground and comfort behind the scenes, his marvellous work inspired him to move in front of the microphone and explore his out-of-the-ordinary songwriting skills, he later released his debut EP titled African Melody. He has since soared to work with various artists both at the forefront and as a composer.
Hailing from Malawi, Zeze Kingston has since moved to South Africa to work with some of the continent’s stellar artists who sought after his rare skills which has also helped set his best foot forward in the global scene. Zeze’s songwriting abilities find his fans in romantic love scenes, the dancefloor and steadily grooving to refresh one’s spirits.
Zeze Kingston is currently celebrating the success of the release of his latest single Shine released in 2021 and Forever earlier this year. His steady rise is a manifestation of talent meets great work ethic, his resilience and his ability to adapt and explore different genres.
