It’s so easy for Valentine’s Day and love month to become routine, however, Stella Artois spiced things up this year with an exclusive Ménage Artois Dinner at Bidvest Execuflora. The evening saw couples being treated to a one of a kind meal experience with their loved ones and of course, Stella Artois.
Seasoned catering and events coordinator Vicky Crease custom-designed the Ménage Artois menu which served to showcased her use of the combination of decor, colour schemes and exotic food and cocktail ingredients to surprise and thrill her guests. The exclusive collaboration with Stella Artois featured a menu consisting of a selection of custom Stella Artois dishes, inspired by the beer’s fruity and light hop aroma.
Standout meals from the menu included the Cape yellow ceviche served with blood orange, orange oil, lime, ponzu, radish & flake sea salt; sliced lamb medallion served with herbed ricotta stuffed yellow pepper & a chocolate brownie served with fresh strawberries topped with a gold leaf.
The space is reminiscent of a Belgian-style bistro where Stella Artois’ iconic red stands out against the green hues throughout the pop-up restaurant. Joining Stella Artois on the day was influencer Tshepi Vundla; 7de Laan actor, Andre Lotter; the man who takes snobbery out of food, Les da Chef who was joined by fashion model Lerato Moloi.
