The original “Made A Way” single + video first dropped in July as an advance single from Bobby’s current EP, RVLTN (Chapter 3): The Price of Freedom, released on 9/11.  “You typically dial 911 when there’s an emergency,” Bobby said that day.  “And the state of affairs in the United States of America, and actually around the whole world, is that we’re literally in a state of emergency…”  “Made A Way” was featured in EA’s FIFA 2021 interactive game trailer, released in October.  Other single + video releases from RVLTN (Chapter 3) include  “Level Up,”   Fight,  “Reparations,” “Two Sense,” “The Gospel,” and  “Black Bonnet”  featuring Zyah.

Bobby gained notoriety in 2020 after connecting with Megan Thee Stallion and co-writing her RIAA platinum single “Savage,” whose remix with Beyoncé topped charts worldwide. Bobby first won 4-star praise in 2018, for  “The Hate U Give,”  his title track (featuring Keite Young) from the critically acclaimed motion picture’s all-star soundtrack album released on Def Jam. Prior to that, Sessions had attracted nationwide attention with his first two incendiary singles for the label,  “Like Me”  and  “Pick A Side.”
