Blxckie Opens Up & Shows Fans His Softer Side On 4LUV EP

Having previously given snippets of his RnB side to fans on his social media pages and on the hit luv song HOLD from his debut album B4NOW, BLXCKIE is excited to release a short project purely dedicated to the many dimensions of luv. Celebrating valentines month, BLXCKIE showcased another sonic side to his talents through his exploration of luv with music, as RnB BLXCKIE – a playful alias given to him by fans.

BLXCKIE now gifts music lovers with a 6track Extended Play that takes a look at luv and all its complexities. The 4LUVEPis a combination of heartbreak, love pursuits, evolving emotions, new age romance and more – all beautifully sung by BLXCKIE and produced by London Rhodes, Hercules, Zooci Coke Dope and BLXCKIE. BLXCKIE extends his rap personality and opens up his RnB side with the use of clever musical influences from genres such as Trap Soul and Amapiano to create a unique motif that BLXCKIE easily glides through with his vocal and writing skills. He features singer Nicole Elocin on the track Fortuner Teller whilst revealing layers of his vulnerability on CryWeepColdUmoya and All For You.

BLXCKIE had this to say about his 4LUV “This EP is an exploration of another side of me that I’m excited to share with everyone who has followed my journey. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey from B4Now to where we are today with this new project 4LUV – I’m excited to keep creating and revealing more of BLXCKIE through music.”
